In a large city, where there's no shortage of realtors, Adam stands out as a neighborhood supporter, proud father and lover of all things Philadelphia (past, present and future). Adam sees his duty in community stewardship. He leans into art - especially murals - as a vehicle which reflects Philadelphia’s vibrant ecosystem of multi-cultural, multi-generational neighborhoods that are as diverse as the murals that dot our great city.

Adam grew up drawn to the Philly skyline from his Delaware County home, and as soon as he was old enough, he moved to town. During his Temple University years, Adam lived in an apartment over the Italian Market. He loved it. He then graduated to a Rittenhouse Square apartment over the Irish Pub. He loved it. Finding his way in the world of radio advertising, he bought a third-floor condo on Wallace Street with a roof-deck view of Center City. He loved it. Next, he and his wife, Caitlin, honeymooned stylishly on Spruce Street. They loved it. Parenthood soon found them buying a rowhome in East Passyunk where Adam's love of Philly deepened to stewardship.

In addition to volunteering for the East Passyunk Community Center Advisory Council as vice president, Adam served as a board member for the East Passyunk Crossing Civic Association and its zoning board. He spearheaded neighborhood betterment programs, including street cleanups, park improvements, and tree planting initiatives. He began supporting urban murals.

“Philadelphia is a woven tapestry of diverse cultures, backgrounds, beliefs, and forward-thinking individuals. It is a story told best through its public art, its museums, galleries, architecture, green spaces, and sidewalks," he said.

Adam is also an engaged Samaritan and past board member of the American Diabetes Association (SE Pennsylvania Chapter).

Currently the head of the Baldwin Team at Compass, Adam advocates for homeowners, homebuyers, and community members. For sellers, he strategizes property-specific, bespoke marketing plans with an overarching objective of surpassing their expectations. For buyers, Adam excels at providing selfless service in their search for a home - and a neighborhood. He finds the hidden gems others might overlook. For residents, he strives to solve community problems.

After living 20 years and all of his adult life in Philadelphia, Adam and his family are exploring the eastern suburbs where he envisions continuing his Philadelphia ventures and expanding his work around his new home in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

When he's not helping people actualize their real estate dreams, Adam cherishes time with his wife and daughters, ages 5 and 3. They enjoy vacationing with extended family at the Jersey shore and in Narraganset, Rhode Island. They continue to explore all that Philadelphia offers in its playgrounds, parks, trails, and countless other family-fun destinations.

Adam is a graduate of The Fox School of Business at Temple University where he received his B.A. in Business Administration, Finance & Marketing.

Nicole McGann is the newest member of the Adam J. Baldwin Team @ Compass. A native of the Philadelphia suburbs, she now lives in and loves South Jersey. Nicole brings experience and training to the team with a master's in marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University and a bachelor's in public relations and advertising from Temple University.

"Our mission is to make real estate transactions, often considered one of life's #1 stressors, easy, stress-free, and (dare we say it) fun," Nicole says. To do so, Nicole and the team combine experience, unmatched Compass technology, and top notch vendor partnerships.

When not matching people with their perfect homes or finding the right buyer for the one they're currently in, Nicole is running a house. making spirit wear for the PTA fundraiser, hunting down the best gluten-free donuts, playing Barbies, redecorating her living room (again) and swinging by Moore Brothers to make it all just a little more enjoyable.

Alban is a Philadelphia native with a background in real estate investment and B2B sales. His passion for real estate stems from a desire to build out his own investment portfolio, while helping others achieve their home-buying goals.

A family man with large ambitions, Alban provides value for clients in preparing their homes for sale, with solutions like Compass Concierge, which fronts the cost of those last touch home improvements. Experienced investors and first-time buyers alike can take comfort in Alban’s experience, having sold and bought multiple properties all over the city.

Alban spends his free time making others laugh in the Philadelphia comedy scene, spending time with family, or traveling. A proud Philly native, he can tell you where to eat, drink and be merry.
